ADASS survey of progress on Putting People First

A recent survey showed that widespread progress is being made by councils nationally to transform social care for adults, giving people better access to and more control over a wider range of care and support. 148 of 150 English councils responded to the survey conducted by ADASS and the LGA to measure progress made in the first year of implementing the Putting People First programme.
